What is Agave Inulin?
Inulin is a soluble fiber and occurs naturally in artichokes, chicory, onions and also in agave.
In connection with bacteria, inulin is also known as prebiotics because it is considered food for the good lactic acid bacteria.
The agave grows in Mexico. The fruit, which can weigh up to 30 kg, can be used to produce either tequila or organic agave inulin or agave syrup.
